I always loved animals and drawing. Self-taught, I discover professionals coloured pencils through an art magazine, and I spend many hours on my drawing board, practising and learning from books, life and arts forums. There are very few books in French about coloured pencils so I revised my English seriously to study this medium.

This medium, still too much underestimated and disclaimed, offers fabulous possibilities and a very realistic depiction. It allows me to obtain an excellent likeness with my subject.

I do not use more than coloured pencils in my paintings. I ceaselessly look for new techniques and Internet is a tremendous tool for it. I experiment, I test, I inform....
