The better the photograph, the better the picture.

I  need to see and approve your photographs before I can accept a commission. Send them to me in .jpg format by Email. Photographs should be clear, taken in natural light and, where possible, include a headshot. This is to give me the best indication of your pets colours (eye and fur). (photographics tips)

It’s very important to me to capture the likeness of my subject. So I need the best photographs you can have. Select several shots of your animal.

When I have approved your photographs, we can determine the final size of the portrait. This choice depends on the pose and on the number of animals included on the same picture. For example, if you wish two animals in the same portrait, minimal size will be 24 x 30 cm for two heads, only otherwise animals are too small. For several animals, minimal size is 30 x 40 cm. When we agree with size an photographs, I send you a paypal Email payment for the deposit (30 % non refundable). This allows you to pay online using a credit card, bank account or paypal balance. You simply click a link in the mail to make a payment noting it a quick and sure method of payment.

When I begin the portrait, I put his progress on my blog. If you prefer to keep the confidentiality or simply the surprise, I can put it in my customers space. Those pages are protected by a personal code.

Once the portrait is complete, I send you a preview by Email or by mail. If you are pleased with it, payment can be completed through paypal using their Email payments option.  Portraits is despatched immediately once payment has cleared.

Completion times depending on the number of commissions I am doing and the time of year. If you have left it a little late to have a portrait completed in time or if I have not time to finish it in time due to my others commissions, why not consider a gift voucher .
I will not be held liable for delays in completion due to reasons beyond my control.

Images must not be copied, reproduced or published in any form without my express written permission. The client agrees that commissioned images may be used by the artist for promotional purposes, or any other purpose.

All of my finished portraits are displayed in my galleries. If you prefer to keep confidentiality, send me an email.

Upon receipt of the portrait, in the unlikely event that you do not happy with the portrait, and not wish to keep it, I will refund your payment less the deposit and postage costs upon return of the portrait. I must be notified within 4 days of  receipt of the portrait of your intention, and the portrait must be returned undamaged within 10 days.
